工作职责

SSC部分:

职位描述:
1、全面负责SSC平台搭建及运营管理工作,包括系统、制度、流程、人员等;
2、负责人力资源预算管理;
3、进行人力资源数据分析,为业务及BP、COE提供数据支持;
4、负责对共享服务中心进行日常管理,保障服务工作的及时性、准确性,并不断提升服务水平。
5、负责制定并落地实施基础人力资源服务相关的政策及实施办法,包括员工关系流程建设与管理,劳动合同管理以及劳资纠纷的处理和预防等工作,不断完善相关制度体系;
6、负责对共享服务中心进行日常管理,保障服务工作的及时性、准确性,并不断提升服务水平;
职位需求:
1. 大学本科或以上学历; 2. 最少5年左右的人力资源工作经验,有SSC经验优先考虑; 3. 熟悉人力资源的流程体系; 4. 具备较强的逻辑思考能力.学习能力.抗压能力; 5. 善于沟通,良好的协调能力,责任心强。 6.喜欢与人沟通,性格好,易相处; 7.具备自我驱动意识,拿结果能力强;

HRIS部分
职位描述:
- Take charge of Envision HRIS building up and implementation globally, including China, Europe, US, etc. 
- Architect HR lifecycle process from talent mapping to employee exit, and continuously improve & optimize HR process implementation 
- Design HR online Process and make sure successfully implementation with IT Dept. 
- Act as a key supporter to provide routine maintenance support, including: 
Create end user account; 
Adjust security setting based on biz demand; 
Restore locked account and password; 
Collect bugs from end users; 
Track the troubleshooting progress for reported system bugs; 
Provide coordination among end users, IT and system vendors 
- Act as a key auditor to track HR master data, including: 
Update core data in HRIS system; 
Evaluate the quality of HR Master Data and track data correction progress; 
Work with IT to track and manage data integration issues; 
Keep connection with overseas team to support smooth integration globally; 
Provide user manual or training guide for the change of data maintenance rule 
- Act as a key advisor to support system change, including: 
Gather new system change demand from end users; 
Evaluate solution of system change with IT and system vendors; 
Participate UAT test before deployment; 
Provide communication with end users for the deployment of new enhancement; 
Organize system training to end users; 
Prime the upgrade of HRIS manual and related support document 
- Act as a key consultant to support system-oriented process change.
职位需求:
- At least 5 years or above related working experience. Bachelor or above degree, major in science & engineering 
- Experience with HR operation process, e.g. onboard, separation, transfer, promotion, contract renew, etc.; 
- Experience with Global HRIS implementation; 
- Experience with Applicant Tracking process, e.g. job posting, sourcing, interview management, onboard; 
- Experience with Payroll related process, e.g. IIT calculation, severance payment calculation, payment; 
- Experience with business processes optimization; 
- Experience as internal HRIS support to be familiarized with HR processes, HRIS maintenance, and related data’s standardization and cleanup; 
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
